Use Of Our Website
This site is owned and operated by Revive Moment Ltd. and these Terms and Conditions represent a legally binding agreement between you and the Revive Moment Ltd. Company.
If, for any reason, the User does not agree with these provisions and does not accept these “Terms and Conditions of Use”, he will not be able to access the Site and use its resources. In case of contradiction between these details “Terms and conditions of use” and other documents on the Site, the first must be considered valid and predominant.

Consumer Terms
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 require Revive Moment to give you certain key information for there to be a legally binding contract between you and us. This information is set out below.
Eligible Use
By using our site you confirm that you are of legal age to access and use Our Site, and/or the Services and the services provided. If you are under the age of 18 you cannot reserve our services.
Our Services
The services offered by the company are performed in each and every case by independent self-employed professionals. For this reason, Revive Moment has no responsibility for any Professional Services you book on Our Site. We only make the reservation possible through the booking process on our Website or by phone.
Revive Moment simply has the quality of commercial agent for those Independent professionals. For this reason, the contract is concluded between the client and the Independent professional. This means that legally responsible for providing the Professional Service it is the Independent professional not Revive Moment. With all these, Revive Moment will be responsible in respect of its obligations to you in accordance with Our Terms which shall be legally binding. For any questions regarding the provisions of this document (complaints, requests for refunds), please contact info@revivemoment.com Revive Moment will be open for customer service, disputes, resolution matters.
Booking Professional Services
Reservations are made through our site https://revivemoment.com/ by choosing your Independent professional, the location, time, and date. Your payment details will be requested at the time of booking and will be collected when you make a booking. Through the site, you can book up to two weeks in advance.
The payment for the service it will be made at the time of booking through our site.
Service Prices Starts from:
– 60minutes (7AM-18:45PM)>> £65, (19:00PM-23:30PM)>>£70,
– 90minutes (7AM-18:45PM)>> £91,(19:00PM-23:30PM)>>£96
– 120minutes (7AM-19:45PM)>> £120, (19:00PM-23:30PM)>>£125
The Service fee belongs to the Independent professional who provides the Professional Service. Revive Moment, as the Independent professional’s agent, only collects the Service Fee from you.
PLEASE BE AWARE: In the case the therapist that have been chosen at the moment of booking will not be available for any reasons professional or personal, we may at our discretion to delegate another therapist to provide the professional service. By placing a booking you agree that the payment that you have made was for the professional service.
After making the reservation the customer will be responsible for:
- Full payment for the service;
- Ensuring the access of the Independent professional to your Premises;
- Ensuring a suitable space in which the Professional Service can be performed, with all the appropriate facilities (including adequate lighting and heating);
- Taking care of the health and safety of the Independent professional whilst inside your Premises;
- To provide complete and correct information at the time of booking (Name, Phone, Full Address: Postcode, House/flat Nr, Building Nr, Street Name). In case of providing the wrong information or any of the requirements specified above the client may lose the booking, and the fee collected.
Cancellations And Refunds
If you want to cancel the appointment you can do it through Our Site CHAT or via the telephone booking service on 020 7097 7273 > in the following conditions:
- At least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the Appointment Time, in this case, the Independent professional will treat your booking as canceled without requiring payment of all or any part of the applicable Treatment Fee and without levying any cancellation fee;
- If the booking is made within the (24) hours left until the appointment you’ll have 30 minutes (Freeze Time) to decide to cancel the booking without any cancellation fee. If you cancel your booking after the Freeze Time has elapsed we will charge 30% of the service price, or 100% of the service price if the cancellation is made within 2 hours of the appointment time.
If due to the customer the booking could not be attending and the client did not cancel the booking under the conditions listed above, the customer will have to pay the full-service fee.
Revive Moment > Introducer
Revive Moment is a company that offers the possibility to book professional services through the Independent professionals who seek to provide such Professional Services. The company is not responsible for the training and behavior of the Independent professionals. Accordingly to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree that Revive Moment does not have an obligation in respect of any service they may provide.
During the time in which the Independent professional step is in your house, you will have to take precautions and common sense to protect your personal safety, and property. Revive Moment is not going to be in any circumstances responsible for their behavior.
Prohibited Use
By these terms and conditions the customer agrees not to manifest the following prohibited behaviors:
– Have inappropriate behavior including but not limited to illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, sexual advances, drug use, excessive drinking, and/or other inappropriate actions;
– Abuse, Harass, Threaten, infringe or violate the rights of your Independent professional or the company.
The user confirms that he does not intend to use the content of the Site for illegal or unapproved purposes.
Property Rights And Ownership
All rights are reserved. Nothing in Our Terms gives you any rights in the Site, Services, or the content displayed on the site. Intellectual property rights such as Revive Moment, the Revive logo, copyright, trademarks, domain names, design rights, database rights, and all other intellectual property rights of any kind, whether or not they are registered or unregistered used in connection with the Site, the Services (whether registered or unregistered) belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law.
Disclaimer
The company Revive Moment is not responsible for the quality of the services provided by independent professionals. By using the site the customer agrees to the terms and conditions and agrees that Revive Moment and its personnel are not responsible for directing any kind of claims the customer might have but we will try to act as an intermediary service in solving disputes and complaints between customers and the Independent professionals.
We can not guarantee that Our Site and Services are suitable for your intended use, error-free, reliable, entirely secure, or available at the requested. Revive Moment has the ability and right to suspend, discontinue or modify any part of the Site or the Site as a whole, its functions, resources, or databases without further notice or liability.
The user confirms that he understands and assumes responsibility and all risks arising from the use of the site, without limitations. Revive Moment is not responsible for errors of any kind or blocking the Site with consequent loss of information.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, that arise from or relate to your use or misuse of, or access to the Our Site and Services or otherwise from your violation of the terms noted above.
By accepting these terms of use, the user declares that he has read and understood all the other information listed below, which can be found on the site, and accepts all the terms and conditions of use and the privacy policy.
